A Beautiful Senior Portrait Session

I’m not shy to admit that my favorite sessions are newborns and senior girls. I just love the moments captured that will be treasured forever. Newborns never look the same, even a couple weeks later, and seniors often won’t have photos done again until their wedding day. This girl was so photogenic and I loved this session. Even though the lake shore was gray and super foggy, the pics turned out amazing. You’re beautiful Elena!

South Christian Senior, Tara

Senior girls are so much fun. This beauty was not super comfortable in front of the lens, but after a few laughs, she got it down and looked amazing!

PICS Photojournalism Style

This mama told me she wanted the pics all casual and all having fun. Besides the fact that they are so stinkin’ cute, they are so photogenic! I hope the mama is pleased because there wasn’t really a bad shot in the bunch.

Grand Rapids Christian Senior, Abby

I love senior portraits! I love how comfortable they can be behind the camera and look completely natural even when posed. This girl has some amazing eyes!! How about that lighting? Isn’t it stunning with her hair. To see more from Abby’s session, make sure you check the Senior Portfolio.

Meet a PICS Senior Rep, Brandon

I love it when seniors incorporate what they love into their senior portraits. This senior did a great job with that. First of all, we went to the campus where he plans to attend college. I loved the campus; it had amazing architecture on the old buildings. He also brought his soccer ball and his Bible. He plans to study ministry and has a strong faith that is very admirable. This was a great session.

2014 Senior Spokesmodel

It is not a secret that I love senior portraits, especially girls who get into it too. I like going to new locations and shooting a variety of poses the seniors can do and look amazing. How fun is this purple wall!!

Big Kids Can Have Fun Too!

I love the photo on the right. Why? Because it just shows that big kids can still have fun and mess around with their sisters. They are all piled on one little chair, almost fell over and broke it. It was fun!

Last Minute Senior PICS

Most seniors are done with their pics by now, but there are a few schools with different yearbook deadlines. This particular girl was down to the wire. Her yearbook photo is due in just a couple weeks. Lucky for her, I have a very fast turnaround and she was very photogenic.

I’ve Got Friends in High Places, Literally!

This senior could not decide where he wanted his pics taken. All he told his mom was that he wanted something different than all of his friends had. So, ask and you shall receive. I took him to the top of a building downtown with a super amazing view! I love it! Good thing he wasn’t scared of heights!

Portage Northern Senior, Kelsey

There’s nothing better than last minute pics! Senior portraits are due for most schools in 3 weeks! Isn’t she so cute! I love the first two pics with her nice, giggling smiles and then her sober faces is outstanding in that last shot. I find so many girls are excellent at that face. I can’t do it for the life of me! Ha!
